Perspire Sauna Studio is seeking a Membership Sales Associate in Chico, CA to drive memberships and studio services with a guest-focused approach.

You’ll learn our infrared wellness offerings, give tours, and convert inquiries into long-term members, all while maintaining a friendly, high-energy environment. This role emphasizes phone outreach, follow-ups, and a collaborative team setting.

Perspire Sauna Studio is looking for a Membership Sales Associate to join our team! This is a sales-focused, guest-facing role where you’ll help new guests learn about our studio, recommend memberships and services, and turn great experiences into long-term members.

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, motivated by goals, and willing to jump in wherever needed to keep the studio running smoothly.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Sales & Guest Experience

• Sell memberships, packages, and studio services
• Learn Perspire’s services and benefits so you can confidently answer guest questions
• Give studio tours and guide first-time guests through their experience
• Recommend services and memberships based on each guest’s needs
• Follow up with leads and guests through phone calls and text messages
• Book appointments and encourage guests to pre-book future sessions
• Make every guest feel welcomed, comfortable, and taken care of

Studio Operations

• Open and close the studio
• Clean and reset private sauna suites between appointments
• Keep the front desk, lobby, and studio clean and presentable
• Fold, and prepare towel bundles
• Restock supplies and keep work areas organized
• Help maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the studio

Community & Events

• Occasionally represent Perspire at local markets, community events, and outreach opportunities
• Help introduce new people in the community to Perspire and our services

THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS ROLE

You don’t need to know everything about infrared sauna or wellness when you start, we’ll teach you that.

What we need from you is confidence, reliability, a willingness to learn, and the ability to connect with people.

Sales is a major part of this position. We want someone who enjoys talking to guests, following up with leads, working toward goals, and confidently recommending a membership when it’s the right fit.
