Perspire Sauna Studio in Walnut Creek is seeking upbeat, sales‑driven team members to join a franchise. You will sell memberships in a commission based environment, receive comprehensive training, and enjoy flexible Saturday/Sunday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere.
• Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer all questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms.
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area.

• Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly
  • While in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates
• No experience is required. We offer comprehensive training.
