Perspire Sauna Studio in Walnut Creek is seeking energetic member services team members for our upscale sauna studio. If you enjoy health and wellness, you’ll help connect with guests and promote memberships.

No experience required; we provide comprehensive training, flexible Saturday/Sunday shifts, and a clear path to advancement, with pay that includes hourly base plus commission and performance bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere.
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high-energy.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer all questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms.
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area.

We Offer

Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly

While in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates

No experience is required. We offer comprehensive training.

All employees will receive hands‑on training regarding the business and Perspire Health and Wellness Philosophy.

Gain marketable skills! We have 30 years of combined sales experience and are happy to mentor the right employee.

Once onboarded, we will provide tailored ongoing 1:1 support.

Free to use our Infrared Saunas as much as you want.

We offer flexibility to choose shifts within our Saturday and Sunday schedules.

Established career track to be promoted to assistant studio manager with a pay increase.
