Perspire Sauna Studio of Providence Park is seeking an energetic member services associate to sell memberships in a commission-based environment. You will engage with guests, book appointments, and promote the IR Saunas and Perspire membership benefits.

No previous experience is required; we provide comprehensive training, flexible Saturday/Sunday shifts, and opportunities for advancement within our upscale spa. Join a team that values hospitality, positivity, and strong attendance.

We Offer

Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly

While in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates

No experience is required. We offer comprehensive training.

Below are our available shifts. Schedule flexibility is available to choose your shifts from the options below.

Monday through Friday, 6:30 am -2:30 pm

Monday through Friday, 2:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 am to 12:30 pm

Saturday and Sunday: 12:30 to 6:30 pm

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere

Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy

Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership

Set reservations and book follow‑up appointments

Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome

Administer studio tours for new guests

Answer all questions about services and the facility

Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms, bathrooms and lobby

Maintain and organize the back office and studio’s towel supply area

Competitive pay with successful training completion + commission
