Perspire Sauna Studio of Carmel is searching for enthusiastic sales team members who are passionate about health and wellness. You will promote the value of IR Sauna memberships in a fun and positive environment.

The ideal candidates are confident, outgoing, and have a strong history of reliability. Flexible hours and a supportive team culture are key to this role. You're expected to work 2-3 shifts a week while selling memberships, setting reservations, and providing exceptional service to our guests.

• Ability to work 2-3 shifts a week, including evenings and weekends.
• Verifiable history of excellent attendance.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
• Accommodate guests and members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Sell memberships and packages with confidence in a team-based atmosphere
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
• Confidently make outbound phone calls to leads and guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
