Perspire Sauna Studio is seeking a Membership Sales Associate who thrives in health and wellness and enjoys connecting with people. The role focuses on selling memberships in a commission-based setting, engaging leads, and educating guests about infrared saunas.

Responsibilities

• Confidently sell memberships in a commission-based environment.
• Engage and follow up with leads using our CRM.
• Educate guests on infrared saunas and Perspire memberships.
• Schedule reservations and follow-up appointments.
• Give studio tours and answer guest inquiries.
• Create a welcoming, clean, and relaxing environment for all members.
• Turn over and sanitize sauna rooms between sessions.
• Maintain and organize the towel supply area.

Available Shifts

We are open Monday-Friday (7 AM - 9 PM) and Saturday-Sunday (8 AM - 8 PM).

We offer flexible shift options, including:

• Weekdays (M-F)
  • Opening Shifts (6:40AM - 1:00PM and 6:40AM - 3:00PM)
  • Closing Shifts (1:00PM - 9:20PM and 3:00PM - 9:20PM)
• Weekends (S-S)
  • Opening Shift (7:40AM - 1:30PM)
  • Closing Shift (1:30PM - 8:20PM)

Shift selection is flexible! We will discuss your availability when interviewing.

What You’ll Be Doing
