Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio in Redmond, WA is seeking a friendly, outgoing member services team member to sell memberships and greet visitors in a commission-based setting. You’ll promote the benefits of infrared saunas and Perspire Memberships, set reservations, and follow up with leads to convert interest into memberships.

No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training, with mentorship and opportunities for advancement.

We Offer

• Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly
  • While in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates

Below are our available shifts

Schedule flexibility is available to choose your shifts from the options below (shifts due to change as we develop a schedule). You can discuss with the manager if the times need to be adjusted.

• Weekday Opener: 6:45 am to 11:00 am, or 8:00 am to 1:00 pm
• Weekday Closer: 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm, or 5:00 pm to 9:15 pm
• Weekend Opener: 7:45 am to 12:00 pm, or 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
• Weekend Closer: 2:00pm to 7:00 pm, or 4:00 pm to 8:15 pm

Here's What You'll Be Doing

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
• Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
