Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is hiring a Membership Retention Specialist to help members understand, engage with, and maximize value of their membership. You will support the development of member engagement strategies across the lifecycle, coordinating campaigns with internal teams and partners to drive awareness, adoption, and utilization of benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field with 4–5 years experience in retention, acquisition or loyalty marketing.
• Understanding of business objectives and internal/external business issues impacting ACA objectives.
• Knowledge of project management principles; ability to set priorities, allocate resources and meet deadlines.
• Leadership skills to motivate cross-functional teams and drive change.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage budgets/forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production for all marketing efforts (direct mail, digital, & telemarketing).
• Collaborate with internal marketing/support teams and vendors to produce cost-effective member communications.
• Track, monitor, and analyze results for all marketing programs to improve outcomes and achieve objectives.
• Prepare internal communications for ACA staff to handle member and vendor questions.
• Establish objectives for marketing initiatives, including tests, financial assumptions, and creative across platforms.
• Ensure campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
• Develop strategies for incremental member growth across all membership categories.
• Work with management to create and track an annual marketing plan/budget.
