Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises seeks a dynamic leader to supervise day-to-day retention operations focused on insurance and membership products. You will coach teams to hit retention targets, improve service levels, and drive cross-selling while maintaining compliance across the CCRU/ MRU/ IRU programs.

Strong supervisory, coaching and communication skills are essential to motivate staff, resolve escalations, and deliver legendary service that sustains member loyalty and long-term profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• 4-6 years successful P&C sales in PMG or DSU preferred.
• 1-3 years supervisory preferred.
• Oral and written communication skills required.
• Leadership/managerial skills required.
• Knowledge of company approved selling approach or equivalent at different company required.
• Sales skills and the ability to teach these skills required.
• Coaching, interpersonal, and effective presentation skills required.
• Demonstrate leadership ability to motivate team to overcome objections by reselling the brand.
• Organizational and time management skills required.
• Proven ability to negotiate and resolve complaints on escalated level.
• Knowledge of call center management applications and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Maximize productivity and member service results for assigned team and achieve goals monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Coach staff to resell the brand and highlight membership/insurance benefits to sustain long-term business.
• Handle escalated calls to maintain total member satisfaction and align with service expectations.
• Interview, hire and evaluate staff; manage staffing requests and performance reviews.
