AAA Club Alliance is hiring for a Membership Retention Specialist to join our team! Position Summary: AAA Club Alliance is committed to helping members understand, engage with, and maximize the value of their membership. The Membership Retention Specialist supports the development and execution of member engagement strategies that increase awareness, adoption, and utilization of AAA benefits, products, and services while strengthening member loyalty and retention. This role coordinates targeted campaigns, communications, and initiatives across the member lifecycle, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver relevant, timely, and personalized member experiences. The position also supports campaign reporting and analysis, project management, and process improvement efforts that contribute to membership growth, engagement, and retention goals.
