Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking a remote inbound Member Retention Associate Specialist to help retain members considering cancellation by highlighting AAA benefits. The role works from home with territory constraints across multiple US states and a first-shift schedule.

Candidates should have 2–5 years in customer sales or retention and be able to work overtime as needed. The position emphasizes deep product knowledge, exceptional service, and the ability to cross-sell related membership offerings

Qualifications

• Two to five years of customer sales and service and/or retention experience.
• Inside sales experience focused on customer care is desirable.
• Ability to work overtime and/or holidays as needed.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities for handling inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Retain current Members expressing intent to cancel by discussing membership benefits.
• Provide courteous counseling on membership benefits and services to renew memberships.
• Operate in a high-volume multi-channel contact center and meet production goals.
• Cross-sell and upsell membership products when appropriate.
• Contact Members by phone or email on non-renewal to renew coverage.
