Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking a Membership Data Analyst in Wilmington, Delaware, to use statistical analysis and reporting to grow and retain the total membership base. The role supports monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and presents results to senior leadership in a hybrid work setting.

The position requires 3+ years as a data analyst, strong SQL and BI tool proficiency, and excellent communication and presentation skills. Travel to conferences may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Mathematics, Economies, Statistics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a data analyst.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with budget planning, forecasting, and report creation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with SQL and Microsoft Office or BI tools.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques.
• Ability to translate statistics into actionable business insights.
• Ability to work independently; may travel to conferences or meetings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct statistical analyses to surface variances, trends, and correlations across member data.
• Build target audience models for acquisition and salvage campaigns.
• Support budgeting by assisting with forecasting and reporting.
• Create narrative reports and charts highlighting key metrics.
• Analyze membership data daily to identify renewal trends across channels.
• Review renewal programs and renewal processes and make improvements.
• Analyze direct mail performance and report recommendations to leadership.
• Coordinate with data sources to resolve data quality issues.
• Deliver membership reporting across daily to annual cadences for executives.
• Develop process documentation and policies.
