Responsibilities

• Oversee membership database management and AMS governance.
• Process dues, renewals, and billing activities with accuracy.
• Support onboarding, renewals, status changes, and member lifecycle events.
• Provide responsive member service and inquiries handling.
• Develop recurring reports and analytics for budgeting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Finance and other departments to ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain data quality and continuous improvement of processes.
