Job summary

ASQ, the leading membership association for quality professionals, seeks a detail-oriented membership administrator to support the Membership Workgroup in Milwaukee. You will help with member data, CRM/AMS maintenance, and communications, enabling enhanced member value and retention.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of customer service/administrative roles and experience with CRM/AMS systems or marketing automation tools, in a membership environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of customer service and administrative support experience.
• Experience with CRM/AMS and marketing automation is preferred.
• Must be able to follow attendance policies and not sponsor visa.

Responsibilities

• Assist Membership Workgroup by collaborating with internal partners using marketing automation tools and reports.
• Maintain SOPs, policies, and process documentation; ensure current, accurately formatted materials.
• Manage multiple email inboxes, addressing member inquiries with high quality service.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to membership processes and communications.
• Update committee records in CRM/AMS and support advanced member workflows.
• Coordinate Membership shipping needs with Office Services.
• Oversee inventory for pins, conference supplies, and archived materials.
