Job summary

National Auction Association (NAA) is seeking a Membership & Sales Operations Manager to ensure accurate, responsive membership operations and sales fulfillment. You will be the primary member contact, manage onboarding, renewals, and data integrity, and support revenue operations across sponsorships and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in membership, association operations, customer service, account support, sales operations, project coordination, administrative operations, or related field.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines and detailed workflows.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with ownership of issues through resolution.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication; comfortable with phone.
• Experience with databases, CRM systems, AMS, or similar platforms.
• Ability to coordinate work across departments without direct supervisory authority.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operational contact for members by phone and email, providing timely, accurate, helpful service.
• Execute onboarding and first-year engagement processes for new members.
• Assist members with status, invoices, benefits, renewals, and account information.
• Maintain accurate membership records in AMS and dashboards/reports.
• Coordinate fulfillment for sponsorships, advertising, exhibits, and partnerships.
• Provide onsite sponsor/exhibitor/partner support at NAA events.
