Qualifications

• Five+ years of related membership operations or association management experience.
• Experience managing AMS or CRM platforms and renewal cycles.
• Ability to translate requirements into system processes and SOPs.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day membership operations and care channels.
• Oversee renewals, data accuracy, and service quality.
• Develop reports and KPIs with VP of Membership.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to optimize AMS.
• Ensure data integrity and support self-service initiatives.
• Provide on-site support at conferences as needed.
