Job summary

US Composting Council is seeking an experienced Association Data Manager to oversee data strategy, governance, and analytics across membership, events, and marketing programs. You will lead data initiatives, build dashboards, and collaborate with staff to drive informed decisions for a national nonprofit environment.

The role emphasizes data integrity, privacy compliance, and leveraging systems like CRM/AMS to support organizational growth and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data management, business administration, information technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data management, business intelligence, CRM/association management systems, or database administration.
• Experience managing enterprise CRM or Association Management Systems and integrations with LMS, event platforms, and marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Drive development of a flagship database and data capture projects.
• Explore opportunities to enhance data capabilities through automation.
• Manage CID and other association programs, liaison with staff and developers.
• Generate reports and dashboards to track membership trends and KPIs.
• Support event planning by tracking attendees and generating post-event reports.
• Collaborate with teams to segment data and analyze campaign performance.
• Conduct data audits to ensure data integrity and privacy compliance.
