Job summary

The Assistant General Manager at Fitness Ventures LLC will support the General Manager, promoting diversity and a welcoming environment for members. The AGM acts as GM in their absence and ensures a culture delivering an exceptional member experience and a productive work environment for the staff.

Responsibilities include enforcing SOPs, communicating policies, recruiting and hiring, leading sales, and ensuring cleanliness, safety, and payroll processing.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States with verifiable authorization.
