Crunch Fitness - Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead daily club operations, foster a welcoming environment, and drive membership growth. The AGM partners with the General Manager to ensure exceptional member experiences and uphold brand standards.

This role requires a results-driven professional who can motivate teams, manage operations, and balance service excellence with business goals in a fast-paced fitness setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Eligibility to work in the United States with required documentation.
• Previous leadership or management experience in fitness/hospitality/customer service preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and drive results.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in creating and maintaining a culture of diversity, inclusion and member satisfaction.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
• Supervise, coach, motivate and develop team members to achieve club goals.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment for professional growth.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding and training of team members.
• Oversee club operations in GM's absence and demonstrate sound judgment in decisions.
