Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support daily club operations, drive membership growth, and ensure exceptional member experiences. This role reports to the General Manager and acts as on-site leader in their absence, ensuring operational excellence and brand integrity.

The AGM will coach and develop staff, oversee service quality, and collaborate with marketing and partnerships to maximize revenue while maintaining a welcoming club environment for members

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Eligibility to work in the United States with required documentation.

Responsabilités

• Support the General Manager in creating a culture of diversity, inclusion, and member satisfaction.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
• Supervise, coach, and develop team members to achieve club performance goals.
• Oversee payroll processing, scheduling, and administrative tasks as needed.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training qualified team members.
