This role will focus on members at the site location, ensuring their experience is positive and engaging. It is an account manager role for all members at the site, aiming to drive membership retention, reduce churn, and increase new memberships to build a positive net member rate. The role requires being the membership expert on site from both a customer and a corporate data perspective.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• No direct responsibility, but may need to step in to help open, close, or manage the site to cover SM or ASM shifts.
