This role will focus on members at the site location and ensuring their experience is positive and engaging. This is an account manager role for all members at the site. This person will drive membership retention with a strong focus on reducing churn and driving new memberships to build a positive net member rate at the site. They will be the membership experts on site from both a customer perspective and a corporate data perspective.
