This role focuses on members at the site location, ensuring their experience is positive and engaging. It is an account management role for all members at the site, aiming to drive membership retention, reduce churn, and increase new memberships to maintain a positive net member rate. The person will be the on-site membership expert from both a customer and data perspective.
No direct responsibility, but may need to assist with opening, closing, or managing the site to cover shifts for SM or ASM.
