This role requires great communication skills and a passion for helping others. Qualifications include customer service experience and a willingness to become CPR/AED certified. Full-time employees enjoy benefits such as medical insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests and assist with inquiries.
• Promote a supportive gym environment.
• Resolve member concerns and elevate to a Manager if needed.
• Perform membership-related functions.
• Execute retail transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facilities.
