Planet Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Associate to deliver a superior level of customer service to members and guests in a welcoming environment. You will check in members, assist with inquiries, and promote the Judgement Free Zone on the club floor.

Responsibilities include greeting, handling memberships, answering calls, and maintaining cleanliness. A positive attitude and reliable teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assist with questions or concerns at check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members on the club floor and assisting with fitness journeys.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to a Manager as needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
• Process memberships, updates, cancellations, and transfers.
• Conduct membership calls and tours to assess member needs.
• Perform retail transactions and drive sales goals.
• Maintain cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and spa amenities.
• Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and organized per schedule.
