Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to be the friendly first contact for members and guests, handling inquiries, memberships, and payments while upholding the brand's Judgement Free Zone.

You will greet members, assist with tours and sign-ups, answer questions, process transactions, and keep the club clean and welcoming. On-site role requiring punctual, professional, and customer-focused teammates.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• On-site, non-remote, active role in a gym environment.
• CPR/AED certification within required timeframes.
• Tanning certification within required timeframes.
• Ability to pass background checks (National Sex Offender Registry).
• E-Verify participation for Utah locations.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist with memberships, sign-ups, renewals, and billing questions.
• Provide tours and information about memberships and amenities.
• Process memberships, cancellations and payments accurately.
• Maintain club cleanliness and safety throughout shifts.
