Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a friendly, energetic team member to join our front-line customer service and membership sales team. You’ll help members enroll, renew, and understand the value of BJ’s programs while delivering fast, courteous service in a busy warehouse club setting.

Qualifications

• Prior front line/customer service or previous sales experience preferred.
• Results driven with proven success in goal achievement.
• Basic math skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes BJ’s value proposition for acquisition, retention, perks, and member experience.
• Converts potential members by pitching all membership programs.
• Delivers superior member service as first contact for membership questions and applications.
• Follows tax-exempt/resale policies for renewals and status.
• Resolves Member concerns in a courteous and timely manner.
• Escalates issues to PIC/MOD when needed.
• Assists with Buy Online, Pick Up In Club orders.
• Maintains all club policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned, including working in other departments.
