Qualifications

• Frontline/customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Results-driven with proven success in meeting goals.
• Basic math skills preferred.
• Computer proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes BJ’s value proposition and sells membership programs.
• Converts potential members by pitching all membership options in line with policies.
• Delivers superior member service and handles inquiries, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintains club policies, safety standards and works collaboratively with the team.
