Job summary

Equinox is seeking a full-time Membership Sales Advisor to serve as a brand ambassador for health and fitness, helping members maximize their Equinox experience. You will build relationships with prospective and current members, promoting memberships and ancillary services.

Under the guidance of a General Manager and Regional Sales Manager, you will drive in-club lead generation, conduct events, and nurture referrals to grow the member base and ensure exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Entrepreneurial spirit.
• Confident to work on incentive-based pay.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Energetic, personable and friendly disposition.
• Personal passion for health and fitness.
• Enjoy working within a team.
• Strong time management skills.
• Able to work 40 hours per week, including weekends.
• Must work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to work the last 4 days of each month.

Responsibilities

• Sell club memberships and ancillary packages
• Prospect new business and clients
• Host events and workshops for in-club lead generation
• Achieve or exceed sales goals, renewals and ancillary service goals
• Pre-plan monthly activities including outreach to secure referrals
• Build rapport with prospective and current members
• Know and participate in all club services, programs, and products
