Job summary

Equinox is seeking a Membership Sales Advisor to act as a brand ambassador for our clubs across the United States. You will build lasting relationships with prospective and current members, promote all club amenities and programs, and drive membership sales and ancillary packages to maximize the Equinox experience.

You will report to the General Manager with support from a Regional Sales Manager and your sales team, working to meet and exceed monthly goals while delivering exceptional service

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Must have an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Confident to perform on an incentive-based salary.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Energetic, personable and friendly disposition.
• Personal passion for health and fitness.
• Enjoy working within a team.
• Strong time management skills.
• MUST be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• MUST be able to work the last 4 days of each month.

Responsibilities

• Selling club memberships and ancillary packages.
• Prospect new business and clients.
• Host events and workshops for in-club lead generation.
• Achieve or exceed sales goals, renewals and ancillary service goals.
• Conduct pre-planning activities each month including strategic outreach, for securing member referrals
• Build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members
• Membership Sales Advisors must have knowledge of and participate in all the club's services, programs, and products
