Job summary

The Boca Regional Chamber of Commerce is seeking a Membership Development Associate to drive new member sales and strengthen relationships with existing members in Boca Raton and the surrounding area.

You will lead outbound prospecting, upsell programs, and coordinate with leadership to promote chamber resources, delivering value to businesses and sustaining growth.

Strong communication and CRM skills, plus willingness to travel within the region, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management with revenue generation.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Must be a resident of South Palm Beach County.
• Proficient in CRM software and business communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage membership sales and relations to drive revenue growth.
• Outbound prospecting to recruit new members and partnerships.
• Upsell services and programs to existing members.
• Maintain and update the member management system with interactions.
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly recruiting objectives.
• Represent the chamber at meetings, events, and initiatives.
