Catapult, supporting the NC Chamber in Raleigh, seeks a Membership Development Representative to fuel membership growth through proactive prospecting and outbound outreach. You will identify prospective member companies, generate interest in NC Chamber membership, and schedule meetings for senior staff.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 1–3 years in sales, business development, customer service, fundraising, or related field.
• Experience building relationships through outbound outreach.
• Experience meeting activity goals, metrics, or pipeline targets.
• CRM experience to manage contacts, activities, and pipeline information.

• Identify prospective member companies in North Carolina and build a qualified pipeline.
• Execute high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Schedule introductory meetings for senior membership staff and prepare research for handoffs.
