Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Expert (SSE) to deliver a best-in-class guest experience, drive membership sales, and promote fitness, retail products and services. This role emphasizes building relationships and translating the value of our offerings to members.

You will onboard new members, generate leads, nurture member relationships, and collaborate with the Sales and Service Manager to meet revenue goals in a welcoming club environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service within fitness or retail preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; CPR/AED certification within 60 days of employment.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a compelling sales and service experience to guests and members.
• Onboard new members and support retention activities to drive profitability.
• Prospect and generate leads through community and on-site activities.
• Promote memberships, fitness programs, and retail products.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Service Manager to meet revenue goals.
• Maintain a welcoming club environment and assist with member inquiries.
