Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of sales practices and customer service.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to operate Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Familiarity with retail environments and product promotions.

Responsibilities

• Executes CARE sales model with each guest and explains how products/services meet their fitness needs.
• Tours potential members, describes facility and services tied to fitness goals.
• Enrolls guests using sales techniques and MAP procedures.
• On-boards new members and supports retention activities to drive profitability.
• Consistently achieves or exceeds personal and team sales goals.
