24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Expert (SSE) to deliver an outstanding sales and service experience for guests and members, promoting memberships, fitness and retail products. The SSE builds relationships to drive member acquisition and retention, and contributes to attainment of sales revenue goals.

The role emphasizes enrolling members, onboarding, and promoting fitness offerings while meeting productivity targets in a dynamic club environment.

Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
General understanding of Fitness Industry.
Ability to work with computers.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Knowledge of Membership System software preferred.

Responsibilities

Execute CARE sales model with each guest and relate how products/services meet fitness needs.
Tour potential members, describe facilities and amenities relevant to fitness goals.
Communicate membership and fitness offers clearly using presentation tools.
Enroll guests using company sales techniques and MAP procedures.
On-board new members and assist with retention activities to drive profitability.
Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals.
Generate leads from community and internal referrals.
Set appointments and manage leads using the Lead Management System.
