Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Expert in Honolulu to deliver an outstanding guest experience and drive membership, fitness, and retail sales. You will guide potential members through facility tours, describe services, and enroll new members using provided tools while supporting retention initiatives.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, achieving sales targets, and actively promoting fitness options, classes, and digital content to enhance member engagement.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
• General understanding of fitness industry.
• Ability to work with computers and POS systems.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Independent, self-starting team player with organization.

Responsibilities

• Execute CARE sales model with each guest and relate how products meet fitness needs.
• Tour potential members and describe facilities and services tied to fitness goals.
• Enrol guests and explain membership offers using company tools.
• On-board new members and support retention activities to drive profitability.
• Achieve or exceed personal and team sales goals.
