Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Sales and Service Manager in Hawaii to lead a Sales and Service team, drive new member sales, fitness revenue, and retail offerings, while delivering a best-in-class member experience. The role emphasizes coaching, training, and optimizing processes to meet club goals.

You will hire and develop staff, manage performance, and coordinate with the General Manager on strategy and execution to maximize member satisfaction and club profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• CPR/AED certification from an approved organization.
• Management experience in service sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop Sales & Service team members.
• Lead team to offer tailored membership, fitness and retail options.
• Achieve department targets for new member sales and revenue; monitor performance.
• Drive club sales, EFT, POS packages and club promotions.
• Partner with GM to ensure a best-in-class member experience.
