Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Expert to deliver a best-in-class guest and member experience. You will promote memberships, fitness and retail offerings while building relationships that boost acquisition and retention.

You will onboard new members, support retention efforts, and work to meet or exceed sales goals. This role offers commission plans aligned with performance and club profitability.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge and experience with sales practices and techniques.
• General understanding of Fitness Industry.
• Ability to work with computers.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding sales and service experience to guests and members.
• Builds relationships and translates the value of products and services to drive member acquisition and retention.
• On-boards new members and supports retention activities to drive club profitability.
• Achieves or exceeds personal and team sales goals.
• Executes daily planner to manage leads and selling activities.
