Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Expert to deliver an outstanding sales and service experience to guests and members at our Honolulu club. You will promote memberships, fitness and retail offerings, and drive member acquisition and retention.

You will prospect leads, enroll guests, and contribute to club profitability while delivering a welcoming and knowledgeable customer experience. This role includes commission potential and a focus on team goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service.
• Knowledge of fitness industry and products/services offered.
• Ability to operate POS and membership systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent, self-starter with organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute CARE sales model with each guest and relate how products/services meet fitness needs.
• Tour potential members, describe facilities and services aligned with goals.
• Enroll guests using sales techniques and MAP procedures.
• On-board new members and drive retention and profitability.
• Achieve or exceed personal and team sales goals.
