Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Expert to deliver a best-in-class guest experience and drive membership growth at its Chino club. You will guide prospects through facility offerings, present fitness and retail options, and enroll members using established procedures.

You will partner with the Sales team to onboard new members, support retention initiatives, and achieve sales targets while maintaining a high standard of guest service.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
• General understanding of fitness industry.
• Ability to work with computers.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to operate POS system.
• Knowledge of membership system software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes the CARE sales model with each guest and explains how products/services meet fitness needs.
• Tours facility and describes equipment, services and amenities aligned with guest goals.
• Enrols guests using approved sales techniques and MAP procedures.
• On-boards new members and supports retention activities to drive club profitability.
• Consistently aims to meet or exceed personal and team sales goals.
