Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Sales and Service Expert to deliver an outstanding guest experience in our California club. You will drive membership sales, coordinate onboarding for new members, and promote fitness and retail offerings with a customer-centric approach.

You will prospect locally, generate leads, and support member engagement through various programs, training, and tools. A team-oriented environment with performance incentives awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience with sales practices and techniques.
• Understanding of fitness industry and member services.
• Ability to operate computers and POS systems.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Independent, proactive, and team-oriented.
• Knowledge of membership systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a compelling sales and service experience to guests and members.
• On-board new members and assist with retention activities.
• Explain membership and fitness offerings clearly using company tools.
• Enroll guests using established sales techniques and MAP procedures.
• Generate and manage leads, set appointments, and promote campaigns.
• Maintain a welcoming club environment and assist members as needed.
• Achieve personal and team sales goals.
