Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Member Welcome role at our Chino Hills club to greet new members and guide them through their fitness journey. You will listen to goals, assess needs, and propose personalized solutions within a friendly, supportive setting.

You will maintain a clean, safe gym environment while delivering an outstanding sales and service experience that motivates members to engage with our programs and community.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members, answer questions, resolve concerns, and connect members with resources.
• Keep gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver a welcoming sales and service experience to all guests and members, encouraging their fitness goals.
