UFC GYM is seeking a Membership Specialist to welcome and inform members and guests, driving membership growth through exceptional service, prospecting and presenting the gym''s offerings.

The role focuses on lead generation, appointment setting, tours, presenting membership options, closing sales and preserving member satisfaction, with requirements include strong communication, computer skills, and ability to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
• General understanding of Fitness Industry.
• Ability to work with computers.
• Must have good interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation, appointment booking, and off-site promotions to create new member leads.
• Give tours and present membership options, aiming for high close rates.
• Meet monthly sales and guest goals with Personal Training revenue targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean facility.
• Adhere to schedule, attend mandatory meetings, and wear the UFC Gym uniform.
