Job summary

Amfamfit in Swift Creek, Midlothian, VA is seeking a Membership Advisor to drive new sales by enrolling prospective members and retain existing members through exceptional service. The role reports to the Regional Sales Manager/GM and includes a structured pay progression with commission opportunities.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of sales experience; CPR/AED certification within 60 days is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales experience required.
• Customer relations experience preferred.
• CPR/AED certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a welcoming, energetic attitude.
• Provide facility tours and match prospects with appropriate memberships.
• Follow up with prospects within 48 hours by phone or written contact.
• Make at least 50 daily touches and 3 referrals per new member sale.
• Maintain accurate membership paperwork and commission records.
