Job summary

American Family Fitness is seeking a Membership Advisor to drive new member enrollment and support retention. You will provide exceptional service, conduct facility tours, and qualify prospects for the right membership while leveraging lead generation strategies.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year in sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced fitness club environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year sales experience required.
• CPR/AED certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Salary history will not be requested or used in the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a welcoming, energetic attitude.
• Provide facility tours and match prospective members to memberships.
• Make a minimum of 50 touches per day and 3 referrals per new member sale.
• Perform prospecting and lead generation when not tours.
• Input weekly schedule and maintain accurate records in Intouch & Compete.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and strive to meet monthly goals.
