Fitness Connection seeks a Sales Manager to lead the club’s membership sales and develop a high-performing team in Austin, TX. You will drive daily activities, coach staff in real-time, and build relationships to convert prospects into members.

You’ll balance leadership with hands-on selling, maintaining a customer-focused culture and achieving revenue goals while aligning with company standards and promotions.
