Fitness Connection is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the club's membership sales function, coach a high-performing team, and drive daily activity that fuels growth. You’ll lead from the front—selling memberships, coaching Fitness Consultants, creating energy around daily goals, and helping prospects take the first step toward healthier lives through fitness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Proven experience in sales leadership with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop a sales team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own membership sales performance and translate goals into daily activity and accountability.
• Develop a high-performing sales culture by coaching effective selling behaviors and processes.
• Lead from the front with personal sales activity, community relationships, and positive prospect experiences.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop Fitness Consultants; provide ongoing feedback and performance coaching.
• Build authentic relationships with prospects and members to connect goals with fitness value.
