Job summary

Fitness Connection is seeking a Fitness Consultant in a fast-paced club environment. You will drive membership growth by guiding prospects through the selection process, conducting engaging tours, and presenting memberships, personal training, and club services with confidence.

You will build relationships, generate leads through referrals and community outreach, and ensure exceptional service at every interaction while maintaining accurate records and following policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or another customer-facing role preferred.
• Completion of Fitness Connection's EPIC Training Program within the designated timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership growth and build a strong pipeline.
• Guide future members through the membership selection process using the company's sales process.
• Conduct engaging club tours and present memberships, personal training, and services confidently.
