Job summary

UFC Gym is seeking an Assistant General Manager to supervise the Membership Specialist team with support from the General Manager, driving a welcoming, high-energy member experience. You will help achieve gym membership goals and drive private coaching attachments while upholding UFC Gym standards.

Responsibilities include sales execution, guest conversion, training, and ensuring weekend plans align with revenue and retention goals.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
1–2 years of management experience supervising 3–10 employees.
1–2 years of sales or related experience preferred.
Experience with budgeting, payroll, and revenue tracking.
Strong leadership, communication, time management skills.

Responsibilities

Drive sales execution on key metrics and personal production to hit targets.
Ensure membership conversion goals, appointments, and guest interactions meet financial targets.
Support GM in coaching, training, and achieving weekend and monthly goals.
Inspire guests to join by understanding goals and presenting clear pricing and options.
Manage lead generation, appointments, and personal guest goals to exceed targets.
Collaborate with departments to hit monthly New Member Sales and POS coaching targets.
