UFC GYM in Las Vegas seeks an Assistant General Manager to oversee Membership Specialists and support the General Manager in driving membership growth, coaching staff, and achieving sales targets. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences, staff development, and weekend operational excellence.

Qualifications

Experience managing reports, budgeting, revenue, and payroll.
Strong organizational skills and customer service orientation.
Ability to lead, train, and develop a team.

Responsibilities

Drive sales and achieve member enrollment targets.
Lead weekend planning to hit financial and retention goals.
Coach and supervise Membership Specialists to optimize leads and conversions.
Enhance member experience and resolve escalated issues.
Oversee scheduling and staffing within budget.
Report weekly/monthly results to GM and VP Sales.
